Terms and Conditions

• Customers may return the vehicle for any reason as long as it qualifies under the program rules
• Eligible customers may elect to opt out of the "Love it or Return it" 60-day Guarantee to receive an Optional Cash Offer ($500 on most 2012/2013 Chevrolet Models; $250 on Sonic and Spark) at time of vehicle purchase.
• Only eligible delivery type is 010 Retail Purchase
• To qualify for return under the Love It or Return It Guarantee:
• The vehicle must be within 60 days of the date of purchase
• It must be returned between the 31st and 60th day from the date of purchase
• It may not have more than 4,000 miles from the date of delivery
• It may not have more than $300 in damage
• It cannot have been involved in any type of accident
• The owner must be current on their loan payments
• Only one return per household is allowed

Cash Alternative to the 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Program

• $500 Purchase BC on all ’12/’13 Chevy models ($250 on ‘12/13 Spark & Sonic)
• Available only on vehicles purchased from dealers who are participating in the Chevy “Love It or Return It” guarantee. Dealers who opt out of the 60 day satisfaction guarantee program may NOT offer this allowance to customers nor apply for payment. Any payments to ineligible dealers under this program will be charged back.
• IS compatible with Cash and APR offers
• Is NOT compatible with supported lease programs
• The only eligible delivery type is 010 Retail Purchase
• GM Employee (021), Dealership Employee (023) and Supplier (016) deliveries are ineligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee program, but are eligible for the $500 cash alternative.
